- Use StreetIntel — a UK neighbourhood intelligence web app. Users enter any UK postcode and get a full area report: crime stats, house prices, air quality, flood risk, MP info, nearby amenities with names and distances, and an AI-powered summary.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information we collect may include:
- Email address (at checkout)
- Postcodes searched
- Billing addresses
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services. We process your information to provide you with the requested service — generating and delivering your area intelligence report.
- To respond to user inquiries and offer support. We process your information to respond to your enquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with our Services.
- To send administrative information. We process your information to send you details about your purchase, including your download links.
- To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on:
- Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a Contract. We process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or on your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
- Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
- Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

- Payment processing: Stripe — to handle payment transactions
- Email delivery: Resend — to send your report download links
- AI processing: Anthropic — to generate your AI-powered area summary
We may also share your personal information in connection with any merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications. We do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by their use. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Notice.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third-party service providers (including Stripe for payments and Google for fonts) to use online tracking technologies on our Services. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice, managed via our cookie consent banner.
7. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies ('AI Products'). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide innovative solutions.
Use of AI Technologies: We provide the AI Products through Anthropic. Your input (area data), output (the AI-generated summary), and personal information will be shared with and processed by Anthropic to enable your use of our AI Products.
Our AI Products are designed for:
- Natural language processing — generating plain-English area summaries from structured data
- Trend analysis — identifying whether an area is rising, stable, or declining
- Area comparison — ranking multiple postcodes when using the Compare feature
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreement with Anthropic.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Report download tokens expire after 48 hours (single reports) or 7 days (comparison reports). After expiry, the tokens are cryptographically invalid and cannot be used to access data.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These include HMAC-signed access tokens, HTTPS encryption in transit, and server-side-only access to sensitive data stores.
However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at support@streetintel.co.uk.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In some regions (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to:

Withdrawing your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@streetintel.co.uk. Note this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this could affect certain features of our Services.
12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
